I have received my order however, I do no longer require the item / I ordered a wrong size / I do not like the item
We want you to be delighted with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return the items in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days for a full replacement or a full refund. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty, or if the wrong items have been sent. When returning undamaged ordered items a return carriage fee will be charged.

We will advise you whether we need to arrange for the item to be collected from you by a carrier company, or whether you need to return the item back to us via the Post Office; this will depend on the size and the weight of the item in question. If the item was received damaged, or is faulty, you may be advised that the item does not need to be returned back to us at all.
How do I return huge, heavy items delivered by van or truck ?
Huge, heavy items will be collected. We will arrange a collection and collect the item with our own van and driver. If you are not able to be at home when the collection is to be made, you may leave the good somewhere safe. For that return service organised by ourselves we charge 70,00 GBP for returns from an address in England and Wales (except islands). We will inform you about charges for collecting returns from other places within the UK.
How do I return an item delivered with a Parcel Service ?
You may return such an item back via the Post Office. Please note, that we do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels on return, so it is advisable to obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery.
Non-Returnable Items exempt from cancellation:
Exempt from cancellation are all Bespoke Items / Made to Order Items / Special sizes / Special colours (all colours other than black).
