Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We guarantee delivery of your item within two months from the date of ordering provided we have that item on stock. Delivery for items not on stock may take longer. Please feel free to contact us anytime for delivery times at email@example.com
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay directly with Garden Artisans, in USD.
Q: What do you charge for delivery to the US?
A: The exact delivery costs depend on where exactly in the US you want your order sent to. That’s why Garden Artisans will put together a personalized quote for you when you contact them.
Q: How will my item be sent to me?
A: First of all, the item will be shipped via container with Kühne + Nagel sea freight to Annapolis. From there, Garden Artisans will send the item on to you. Smaller articles are sent via parcel service, whilst larger items are delivered in wooden crates by truck.
Q: Can I order a bespoke item?
A: Yes, this is possible for customers in the US just as it is for customers in other countries. If you have your dream garden structure in mind but can’t find something on our website that quite fits, please contact Garden Artisans to discuss ordering a bespoke piece. Using photos of your garden or sketches of your desired structure, we can bring your idea to life and design something for you that will fulfil your unique requirements.
