Assistant (m/f/d) to the managing directors

Do you love gardens? Especially luxurious ones? Classic Garden Elements has been working in this field since 1998. We sell worldwide and serve our main markets, Germany and the UK, with two online shops: a German one and an English one. CGE is owned and run by two managing directors. We are looking for an assistant to help the managing directors with their day-to-day business tasks. You: Appreciation for the design & quality of beautiful things. Good IT skills. Fluent in English and German. Knowledge of Slovakian helpful. Hands-on approach to work. The goal: Quickly take on responsibility for specific duties, supporting the managing directors.

Supporting the managing directors

– The following tasks await you:
– Correspondence with regard to online orders. DE/EU, UK, USA.
– Working with an accounting software.
– Working at the interface of orders, production and delivery.
– Phone calls with our German and British customers.
– Preparing export documentation.
– Organising our extensive photo archive.

You should have:

– A business/commercial qualification or similar.
– 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
– Fluent written and spoken English and German. Knowledge of Slovakian or other Slavic languages would be helpful.
– Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Google applications, Microsoft tools and Lexware.
– Very good knowledge of the latest social media/apps/messaging services.
– You use the newest apps and technology privately too.
– A careful, proactive and structured way of working.
